Big Valley Christian barely beat Waterford the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went the Big Valley Christian Lions' way against the Waterford Wildcats on Thursday as the Big Valley Christian Lions made off with a 3-0 win. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Big Valley Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Waterford between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-19.

Luke Dorn paced Big Valley Christian's offense, picking up 17 kills. Dorn got some help from Gage Toledo and his 34 assists. Dorn was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Big Valley Christian's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. As for Waterford, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
