You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Archbishop Alter's strategy against Goshen on Tuesday. The Archbishop Alter Knights blew past the Goshen Warriors 64-38. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 23 points or more this season.

Goshen lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Bray Settelmayer, who posted nine points and six assists. Graham Roark was another key player, putting up 12 points and three steals.

Archbishop Alter's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points per game. As for Goshen, their defeat ended a 14-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Archbishop Alter will face off against Carroll at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Archbishop Alter knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Carroll likes a good challenge. As for Goshen, they will challenge Wilmington at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Goshen is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.7 points per game this season.
