Hortonville and Appleton East are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. Riley Mueller was his usual excellent self, scoring 15 points. The contest was his seventh in a row with at least ten points. Ethan Joling was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Meanwhile, Appleton East's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell 63-53 to Neenah.
Hortonville now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Appleton East, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
