Southern Lehigh barely beat Pen Argyl the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Spartans put the hurt on the Green Knights with a sharp 16-0 win on Saturday. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Green Knights recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Southern Lehigh's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Pen Argyl, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Southern Lehigh will face off against rival Catasauqua at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Pen Argyl is set to challenge their familiar foe Bangor at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
