After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Amanda-Clearcreek, Zane Trace was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 13-6 margin over the Waverly Tigers. The Pioneers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Brynn Wipert and Maddison Will made a splash while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Wipert tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
