The Pilot Point Bearcats won the last time they faced the Collinsville Pirates, and things went their way on Saturday too. Pilot Point came out on top against Collinsville by a score of 51-38.
Collinsville lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Landon Carpenter, who scored nine points. Chad Davidson was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Pilot Point's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Collinsville, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pilot Point is on the road again on Tuesday and play against S & S Consolidated at 2:45 p.m. on January 2, 2024.
