Ethan Mcnulty Delivers Best Performance of Season
Conemaugh Valley was led to victory by Ethan Mcnulty, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Mcnulty rushed for 320 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 20.0 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 66 yards.
Conemaugh Valley moved to 1-7 with that win, which also ended their seven-game losing streak. Mcnulty and Conemaugh Valley will challenge Conemaugh Township at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Ty Dumm Dazzles in Northern Cambria Win
Ty Dumm posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 233 yards while picking up 13.7 yards per carry, and also threw for 144 yards on 14 of 20 attempts.
Conemaugh Township's probably not too fond of Dumm given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Dumm saw the Indians), he rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.

Layo Posts Huge Game in 16-0 Victory
Bode Layo put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in September of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 39 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 41 receiving yards.
Purchase Line had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Layo it was a similar story. When Layo last faced the Red Dragons back in September of 2023, he picked up 159 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Conemaugh Valley's Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to Eric Korhut
Conemaugh Valley's seven-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Eric Korhut. Korhut did his part (and then some), rushing for 46 yards and a touchdown for the 'W'.
On the year, Korhut has averaged 21.9 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 1.71 receiving yards per game.

Stephens Made His Presence Known in United Valley Co-Op [Blacklick Valley/United]'s 27-0 Victory
Dylan Stephens put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Friday. He rushed for 100 yards on only nine carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 55 yards.
The victory was the fourth in a row for United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United], bringing their record for this year to 5-3. Stephens and United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] will take on Purchase Line at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
