Saint Mary's Hall found their leader in underclassman Isabella (Beya) Chase, who scored 14 points along with eight steals and seven assists. Those eight steals set a new season-high mark for her. Maddie Florence was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven steals.
TMI-Episcopal bumped their record down to 1-6 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 19.0 points per game. As for Saint Mary's Hall, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. TMI-Episcopal will play host again and welcome St. Joseph, where tip off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Saint Mary's Hall, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Augustine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Augustine will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1213th, while Saint Mary's Hall is ranked 184th).
