Maddison Mitchell was her usual excellent self, scoring 15 points along with nine steals and six assists. Another player making a difference was Comora Davis, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and five assists.
The victory makes it two in a row for Plaquemine and bumps their season record up to 14-5. As for Tara, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.
Plaquemine will look to defend their home court on Friday against Istrouma at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Istrouma focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Tuesday. As for Tara, they will head out on the road to take on West Feliciana at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
