St. Elizabeth extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Gavin Williams. The St. Elizabeth Hornets strolled past the Prairie Home Panthers with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 83-64 for which the team can thank Williams, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in February of 2024.
The team also got some help courtesy of Blake Wobbe, who scored 12 points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
St. Elizabeth's win bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Prairie Home, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-6 record this season.
