The losing side was boosted by Cazz Williams, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jalen Barry, who scored six points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Ashley Ridge beat Stall 58-52 on Wednesday. Given Ashley Ridge's advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while Stall is ranked 242nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Fort Dorchester has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season. As for Ashley Ridge, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-10.
