It was fun while it lasted, but Gobles's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Tuesday. They took a 57-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Howardsville Christian Eagles. The loss was the Tigers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Gobles fell to 3-1. As for Howardsville Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.

Gobles wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 46-35 win against Black River on the 20th. As for Howardsville Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-50 defeat against Phoenix on the 20th.
