After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Shorecrest Prep, Northside Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They skirted past the Foundation Christian Academy Panthers 12-11. The high-scoring effort was just what the Mustangs needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.
Aryah Walters was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Walters was even better at the plate, scoring a run while going 3-for-3.
