Old Forge has gone 8-2 against Dunmore recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Blue Devils will square off against the Bucks at 7:00 p.m. Old Forge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7 runs per game this season.
Old Forge took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They blew past Honesdale 18-3. The high-scoring effort was just what the Blue Devils needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Old Forge got a massive performance out of Joselyn DeStefano, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those three hits gave DeStefano a new career-high. Lilianna Lenceski also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
Old Forge hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are 2-1 when they post two or more strikeouts.
Meanwhile, Dunmore earned an 8-4 win over Riverside on Friday. The Bucks haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Rachel Walsh was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. Walsh was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.
In other batting news, Emily McGowan was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Paige Ancherani, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.
Dunmore's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-6. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Old Forge, their record now sits at 7-8.
Everything went Old Forge's way against Dunmore when the teams last played back in April, as Old Forge made off with a 13-7 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
