Wyandotte had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They put the hurt on the Quapaw Wildcats with a sharp 11-1 win. Considering the Bears have won 13 games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Wyandotte's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-6. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Quapaw, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Wyandotte beat the Wildcats by a score of 11-1 on Saturday.
