St. Henry had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Memorial Roughriders by a score of 2-0. The win continues a trend for the Redskins in their matchups with the Roughriders: they've now won five in a row.

Karlee Buschur paced St. Henry's offense, picking up ten kills. Buschur got some help from Addy Homan and her 20 assists. Buschur was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

St. Henry wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Calvert on the 16th. As for Memorial, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against New Knoxville on the 16th.
