Moon Made His Presence Known in Sotomayor's 48-28 Victory
Starting off the list is Sotomayor's Chauncey Moon, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Moon rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 85 yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
The win (which was Sotomayor's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Moon will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Taft on Thursday.

A Season-Best Performance from Cayden Glass Leads Brennan over Marshall
On Saturday, Brennan got the W thanks in part to Cayden Glass playing the best football he has all season. Glass threw for 310 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes, and also rushed for 61 yards on only eight carries.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Brennan, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. Glass and Brennan will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Holmes at 7:00 p.m.

Harlan Wins Third-Straight Thanks to Aldric Trotter
Aldric Trotter was instrumental in extending Harlan's winning streak to three on Saturday. Trotter did his part (and then some), throwing for 291 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes for the 'W'.
Harlan pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Hawks challenges Stevens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Raymond Foster-Davis Dazzles in Taft Win
Raymond Foster-Davis was instrumental in extending Taft's winning streak to four on Friday. Foster-Davis was dynamite, picking up 132 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Taft's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. Foster-Davis and Taft will head out to square off against Sotomayor at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
