Stephen Morrell and Seth Krebbeks provided fans with a highlight when they connected against East Rochester-Gananda. The connection went for 51 yards, the longest such play in Section 5 Finger Lakes - East this season.
Penn Yan Academy scaled the state rankings by moving to 334 from 372 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Mustangs climbed the ranks as a result of besting Waterloo 20-6.
Palmyra-Macedon's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Morrell threw for 76 yards and Krebbeks had 54 yards receiving. On the ground Morrell chipped in 38 yards. Jevon Benson helped Palmyra-Macedon's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 22 yards.

An important game coming up in the league this week will be when East Rochester-Gananda takes on Geneva. The Bombers are in third place, while the Panthers are in second place.
The Red Raiders fell to East Rochester-Gananda 56-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Morrell was a bright spot for Palmyra-Macedon, as he in the defeat.
