Jasper Salyers posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out ten batters over 4.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one hit in five consecutive appearances.
