For Rio Lindo Adventist, this counts as revenge for the 40-32 defeat Loma Linda Academy walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2023.
Hunter McNunn was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 15 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was MJ Lepulu, who scored six points along with two steals.
Rio Lindo Adventist is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season. As for Loma Linda Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-13.
