Baldwin hasn't had much luck against Academy of Richmond County recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Baldwin Braves will look to defend their home pitch against the Academy of Richmond County Musketeers at 5:30 p.m. Baldwin is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.8 goals per game this season.

Baldwin is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Dublin with a sharp 12-3 victory on Tuesday. It was an even better day for Rahina Biyogmam as she scored four goals for her team.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 11 goals the game before, Academy of Richmond County was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They fell just short of Harlem by a score of 1-0. The loss was the Musketeers' first of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Baldwin and bumps their season record up to 3-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those two contests. As for Academy of Richmond County, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Baldwin suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Academy of Richmond County in their previous matchup back in March of 2019. Can Baldwin avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
