The Prairie School came tearing into Monday's contest with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.1 goals), and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the St. Thomas More Cavaliers a 5-0 shutout. Considering The Prairie School have won nine matches by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The Prairie School's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1. As for St. Thomas More, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 6-5.
