Luverne had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They secured an 85-80 W over the Redwood Valley Cardinals. This was a revenge game for Luverne: when they faced off against Redwood Valley back in December of 2024, they had to take a 84-77 loss.
