The Kingston Cardinals can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They blew past Vassar 67-43. The score was close at the half, but Kingston pulled away in the second half with 46 points.
Kingston got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Owen Corlis out in front who scored 17 points along with six rebounds. Corlis is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Austin Deroseau, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds.
Vassar lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Bryce Brown, who scored eight points along with six rebounds. Austin Long was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Vassar struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Kingston is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Vassar, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.
