Uniontown barely beat Pleasanton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Blu-Jays on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won nine games by eight runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Uniontown and bumps their season record up to 12-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games. As for Pleasanton, they dropped their record down to 6-9 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Uniontown beat the Blu-Jays by a score of 7-6 later that day.
