Red Mountain has been on the road for three straight, but  on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Brophy College Prep Broncos at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 On Thursday, Red Mountain made easy work of Dobson  and carried off  a  13-3 victory.
  Jacob Maldonado looked comfortable as he  didn't allow a single  earned run over four innings pitched. Cade Olsen came in to relieve  Maldonado and was airtight, giving up no runs, hits or walks in his one  inning pitched.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Chade Wilson, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jake Gorrell, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-2.
 Meanwhile, Brophy College Prep came tearing into  Thursday's  game with three straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs) and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Pumas  a   6-0 shutout. That's two games straight that Brophy College Prep has won by  exactly six  runs.
 Red Mountain is  on a roll lately: they've  won ten of their last 12 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record  this season. As for Brophy College Prep, their win was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 16-4.
