On Friday, the Ponder Lions were able to grind out a solid win over the Gainesville Leopards, taking the game 35-25.
Tyson Price went supernova for Ponder, throwing for 232 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 42 yards and a touchdown. Ponder also got a significant boost from Johnny Arellano, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 87 yards.
