The Sunset Bison's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by Molina at home and fell 45-8. Sunset has struggled against Molina recently, as their match on Saturday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Adan Ochoa was a one-man wrecking crew for Molina as he threw for 288 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt. Na?Quinton Vaughn was another key contributor, gaining 175 total yards.
Sunset has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Molina, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.
Sunset does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Molina will be playing at home against Richland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Richland is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
