Calvary Baptist Academy put another one in the bag  on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Buckeye Panthers  a   10-0 shutout. Considering the Cavaliers have won 15 games by more than five  runs this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Kynzee Anderson made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   keeping things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Furthermore,  she didn't allow a single  hit, the first time  she has blanked an opponent  over her last 11  matchups. She was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Carlie Guile was a standout: she scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2. What's more,  she posted two  home runs, the most she's  had since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Baylor Bockhaus, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI.
 Calvary Baptist Academy was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .455. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .318 or higher in eight consecutive  contests.
Calvary Baptist Academy pushed their record up to 23-0 with the  victory, which was their 24th straight  at home dating back to last season. The  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.8 runs over those games.
