On Friday, Meeker was beaten by Teton 41-6. Meeker was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-0.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Teton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jack Nelson, who threw for 302 yards and four touchdowns while completing 93.8% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Another player making a difference was Thomas Heuseveldt, who picked up 167 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Meeker's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Teton, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.
Meeker does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Teton will head out on the road to face off against Fruitland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
