Last Friday, Catoosa took a serious blow against the Hornets, falling 56-20. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Catoosa in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now lost five in a row.
Despite the loss, Catoosa saw an underclassman step up: Kloie Bristol scored 13 points.
Meanwhile, Wagoner was able to grind out a solid victory over the Pirates on Friday, taking the game 43-35.
Catoosa's loss was their ninth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Wagoner, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
