The Moanalua Menehune were the 55-48 winner over the Kalani Falcons when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Moanalua took a 46-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kalani.
Loss or not, Moanalua got some senior leadership from Austin Oguma and Michael Barcelona. Oguma scored 15 points, while Barcelona. scored 13 points along with six rebounds. Oguma continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
Moanalua's defeat dropped their record down to 9-19. As for Kalani, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-6.
Moanalua does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kalani also has no future games currently scheduled.
