It was a proper cat-fight when Magnolia took on Hope on Friday. The Magnolia Panthers were the clear victor by a 67-47 margin over the Hope Bobcats. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Magnolia's victory bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Hope, they are on a 33-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Looking ahead, Magnolia will venture away from home to face off against Camden Fairview at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hope, they will square off against De Queen at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. De Queen knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Hope likes a good challenge.
