Upper Columbia Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-6.
Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna found their leader in underclassman Zoe Galbreath, who scored 26 points along with 7 rebounds and 7 steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Galbreath has scored at least 25% of Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Harlee Hennings, who scored 6 points along with 6 steals and 5 rebounds.
Upper Columbia Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
