Cypress Creek has gone 7-1 against Tohopekaliga recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bears will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Tohopekaliga will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Cypress Creek extended their winning streak to five on Wednesday. The Bears put the hurt on Lake Buena Vista with a sharp 11-3 win.

The team relied heavily on Britney Freitez, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games she's played. Illiana Bustamante was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs.
Cypress Creek kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Tohopekaliga got the win against Colonial on Wednesday by a conclusive 9-3.
Maria Santiago made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
In other batting news, Tohopekaliga let Jessilyn Diaz and Anijah Limones run wild. Diaz went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double, while Limones went 1-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. That double was Diaz's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Jessalyn Morales, who went 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Cypress Creek pushed their record up to 17-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Tohopekaliga, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Cypress Creek has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.5 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Tohopekaliga struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.8 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Cypress Creek skirted past Tohopekaliga 4-3 when the teams last played back in March. Do the Bears have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
