Broad Run and Loudoun County are an even 4-4 against one another since October of 2019, but not for long. The Spartans will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Captains at 7:00 p.m. Broad Run, yet to win a game, are hoping to taste some of the success that has characterized Loudoun County's (thus far) undefeated season.

The team also got some help courtesy of Shelton Brown, who threw for 192 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Loudoun County proved: they limited Tuscarora to a paltry -0.8 yards per carry. The Captains didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 19.2.

Broad Run's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Loudoun County, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.
