Walther Christian Academy pushed their record up to 8-10 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.5 points per game. As for Ridgewood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Walther Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Elmwood Park at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th.
