It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 54-27, which was the final score in Osmond/Randolph's's tilt against Cedar Catholic on Tuesday. Osmond/Randolph has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Several Hawks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tessa Gardner, who scored six points.
Osmond/Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Cedar Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 3-7.
Osmond/Randolph will square off against Niobrara/Verdigre at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Niobrara/Verdigre is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games. Cedar Catholic will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Laurel-Concord-Coleridge on January 4th. Hopefully Laurel-Concord-Coleridge focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Saturday.
