Desmond Francis was incredible, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Sibbitt, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.
Pike's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Park Tudor, their win bumped their record up to 16-4.
Pike skirted past Park Tudor 5-4 when the teams last played back in May of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pike since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
