After a string of five wins, The Lorain Titans''s good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of Bedford by a score of 15-12. The low total for Lorain limited their streak of high-flying scores to three in a row.
John Salaman and Ocir Kimble, Lorain certainly did their beston Thursday to try and avoid the loss. Salaman rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown, while Kimble rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown.
Lorain's loss on Thursday dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Bedford, their victory on Thursday bumped their record up to 5-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lorain will take on Maple Heights at 7:00 p.m. on October 20th. Maple Heights and Lorain are at an even 4-4 over their past eight MAXFOOTBALL head to heads. As for Bedford, they will stay at home for another week and welcome Warrensville Heights at 7:00 p.m. on October 19th.
