Buford waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the North Central Knights a 7-0 shutout. Buford might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by four goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting North Central from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Payton Bowers led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Buford's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for North Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

As of now, neither Buford nor the Knights have any future games scheduled.
