The Dunbar Wildcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They breezed by Diamond Hill-Jarvis on the road to the tune of 73-14. Dunbar might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.
Jordan McIntosh was her usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double on 26 points, 15 rebounds, and ten assists. Those ten assists set a new season-high mark for her. The team also got some help courtesy of Ariel Duran, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Dunbar is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. As for Diamond Hill-Jarvis, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-14.
Dunbar will be playing at home against Carter-Riverside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Diamond Hill-Jarvis, they will head out on the road to face off against Eastern Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Eastern Hills presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Diamond Hill-Jarvis in Texas (Eastern Hills is ranked 612th, while Diamond Hill-Jarvis is ranked 1613th).
