In what's become a running theme this season, the Lake View Wild Gators gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They really took it to Hannah-Pamplico for the full four quarters, racking up a 79-36 victory at home. The victory was familiar territory for Lake View who now have 11 in a row.
Lake View had a senior duo take command as Jaleya Ford scored 31 points along with eight steals and seven assists and Gwendasia Page shot 4-for-7 from downtown and dropped a triple-double on 18 points, 12 assists, and ten steals. Page has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 12 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Zy'Kiara Waters, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and five steals.
Lake View pushed their record up to 21-4 with that victory, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Hannah-Pamplico, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.
Lake View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hannah-Pamplico also has no future games currently scheduled.
