It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the White House-Heritage Patriots can now relate to. They received a tough blow on Friday as they fell 58-42 to Stratford. White House-Heritage just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.
White House-Heritage's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Dason Springer, who picked up 146 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Springer was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield for a catch that went for 63 yards. Adrian Bonilla was another key contributor, rushing for 168 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.3 yards per carry.
Stratford got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Justyce Law out in front who rushed for 157 yards on only 15 carries, and also threw for 175 yards and three touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Alterion Frazier, who rushed for 187 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry.
White House-Heritage has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Stratford, their victory bumped their record up to 6-6.
White House-Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Stratford will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against East Nashville Magnet at 7:00 p.m. on November 10th. East Nashville Magnet has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 162 points over their last four matches.
