They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Victor 75-23 at home. That looming 75-23 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Two Eagle River yet this season.
Two Eagle River's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Malacye Piapot, who scored 12 points. The match was Piapot's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Thomas Addison, who scored 11 points.
Two Eagle River's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Victor, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-2.
Two Eagle River will face off against Hot Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hot Springs is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. Victor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
