Allen Park has gone 9-1 against Trenton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Jaguars will welcome the Trojans at 4:30 p.m. Allen Park will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.
On Saturday, Allen Park beat Lakeview 10-5.
Melody Filipiak spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on ten hits.

At the plate, Kiley Carr was incredible, firing off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 3-for-3. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Josalyn West, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.
Carr wasn't the only one working in the home run department: Allen Park lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Trenton never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 17-0 margin over Lincoln Park.
Lauryn Holder made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Holder was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Olivia Soens, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-3. Kara Fedea was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.
Trenton's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Allen Park, their victory bumped their record up to 7-0.
Allen Park skirted past Trenton 5-4 in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Will the Jaguars repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
