Volleyball Recap: Riverview Academy of Math and Science Has No Trouble Against Universal Academy

The Riverview Academy of Math and Science Barracudas got the win against the Universal Academy Falcons on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

While Riverview Academy of Math and Science won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-23, 25-10.

Riverview Academy of Math and Science's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Universal Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Riverview Academy of Math and Science will venture away from home to square off against Families Instructing Students HomeSchool at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Universal Academy, they will welcome Carrollwood Day at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
