Peachtree Academy lost on Tuesday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Liam Abraham, who went 5 for 10 en route to 12 points. Caleb Jackson was another key player, going 6 for 13 en route to 13 points plus five rebounds.
Brayden Jameson went supernova for Victory Baptist, dropping a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Eric Banks Jr, who earned 16 points along with seven rebounds.
The win got Victory Baptist back to even at 1-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Peachtree Academy and Westminster Christian Academy will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 7:30 p.m. on December 3rd. As for Victory Baptist, they will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Monsignor Donovan Catholic at 7:30 p.m.
