Franklin is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They put the hurt on South Milwaukee with a sharp 3-0 win. The Sabers not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since September 30th (when they won 3-0).
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-10, 25-20.

Franklin's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jasmine Meyer led the charge by getting 14 digs and four aces. What's more, Meyer racked up seven assists, the most she's had over her last eight matchups. The team also got some help courtesy of Macie Keller, who had five digs and two aces.
Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Indian Trail faced off against Racine Case on Saturday. The Hawks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
While Indian Trail won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23, 25-17.
Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 16-21. As for Indian Trail, their win bumped their record up to 29-9.
