Baseball Recap: Granville Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Granville couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saratoga Central Catholic Saints on Thursday.

Granville's defeat dropped their record down to 16-4. As for Saratoga Central Catholic, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 23-1.

As of now, neither Granville nor the Saints have any future games scheduled.
